The 4MBS Fine Music Fund is listed on the Australian Register of Cultural Organisations. You can support the work of 4MBS ClassicFM by making a fully tax deductible* donation to the Fund. You will be issued with a receipt for tax purposes.
NEW BROADCASTING EQUIPMENT NEEDED NOW
Rapidly advancing technology has long since overtaken the ageing equipment in our studios which will need attention in the very near future. Current announcer's consoles, which were very adequate when they were obtained, are now fifteen years old - in an age when most technical equipment is superceded almost as soon as it's developed!
Without essential upgrading, the ability of 4MBS to provide the very best in classical music as well as jazz & nostalgia will become increasingly compromised as current, obselete equipment increasingly falls short of the requirements of a present day radio station.
